Using the site
You may view the site and watch the films on it for your own information, including to assess BFC Media as a production partner or to consider a title for distribution. You must not copy, scrape, reframe or republish the site or its films, try to interfere with how the site works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Who owns what
The films, stills, key art, title treatments, text, the BFC Media name and marks, and the design of this site belong to BFC Media or to the clients and rights holders who commissioned or licensed the work. Showing a film here does not transfer any right in it. Nothing on the site grants a licence to use any of it, except the limited viewing described above.
Client names and brands appear to identify work BFC Media has produced. They remain the property of their owners.
Screeners
Screeners of unreleased or licensed titles are sent to named individuals for the purpose of evaluating the title. They are confidential, must not be shared, downloaded or copied, and may be watermarked. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry or screener request does not create a contract or oblige either side to anything. Any commission, licence or co-production is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Descriptions of services, deliverables and timings on this site are general and are confirmed in writing for each project.
Links and embedded content
The site links to, and embeds films from, services run by others, including YouTube and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
